30 Miles Never Looked So Good

Our 2025 courses take you to the three prettiest little islands in South Carolina

Enjoy the ocean views and breezes while running along flat and fast pathways. Meander down tree canopied streets dripping in Spanish moss and take a selfie with a deer. We’ve got waterfront golf courses filled with birds, critters, and even an alligator or two. Our mostly-shaded routes will take you through charming Main Streets and Charleston-like homes that will leave you gob-smacked with envy. These are probably the three prettiest communities we’ve ever been to and we’re so thrilled to have wrapped them up in a bow just for you.

Start & Finish Lines

Leave the driving to us: we will transport you to the start lines on Friday and Saturday mornings so you can eke out every minute of sleep (or start the party a bit early)! Our buses will also shuttle you home to Fripp after you’ve soaked up the sun and fun at our legendary finish line after parties at our sister islands. And on Sunday, you can simply golf cart to the start line on Fripp. It is all so easy peasy.

Pit Stops

We offer official pit stops every 2.5-3 miles that are loaded with snacks, hydration, first aid supplies, and friendly fans. And just wait until you see the neighborhood pitstops and cheer stations and photo ops our gracious communities have put together for us. You’ll never want the 10 miles to end – it is that fun!

Oh, and don’t worry about mother nature calling, we’ve got more toilets along the courses than you could ever need.

Shortcuts

Yeah, we get it. You’re on holiday. At the beach. With 1500 new besties. You had every intention of doing 10 miles each day but you stayed up too late or you scheduled a mid-morning massage. No worries, we have shortcuts!

They are approximately 5ish miles each and we will direct you to them if you choose to take a shorter route that day. And yes, you still get your medal and finish line picture!

If you know that you’ll be doing shortcuts, please adjust your training so that you can do 5-6 miles each day.
